Born in Phu Quoc, raised in the US, and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Si’s culinary journey comes full circle. Upon his return to Phu Quoc Island, Si sought to merge his culinary expertise acquired in America with the abundance of local seafood. Each dish is meticulously prepared with a focus on excellence and quality. Crab House, established in 2015, was originally located on Tran Hung Dao Street. Over the course of three years, the concept gained significant notoriety, leading to the expansion and relocation of Crab House to 26 Nguyen Trai Street, a custom-designed space that was personally orchestrated by Si.

Si, along with his family and staff, are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for all guests of the restaurant. They regard every guest as a valued connection to be cherished.
